Hi, I'm Aaron and I'm a full-time adult acrobatics coach. I didn't have any gymnastics or acrobatics experiences growing up, so my focus fell onto teaching adults who were on the same path as me:
Passionate but, lacking a solid physical foundation.
Wanting to be fit, flexible and free - but not willing to give up our health in the long run.
2017-2021 I helped run a movement studio in Hong Kong, gave workshops to professional stage performers and taught hundreds of classes to the everyday person, ranging from general strength and flexibility classes, to handstand courses, yoga teacher trainings and somersault workshops.
Since 2021 I've focused exclusive on online acrobatics education and am driven to bring you the best content on the market. And my sports science studies surely come in handy.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with people from all walks of life (from teenagers, to busy parents with no prior movement background, to movement explorers in their 60s). And I’ve realized how different body types and personalities need different approaches.
